The first thirty seconds in a LIVE room can decide whether a new creator stays or disappears. A good welcome does not put them on the spot; it gives them a place to stand.
First, use their name. A simple hello confirms that they are visible without demanding a performance.
Second, explain what is happening. Tell them whether the room is jamming, talking about creator growth or taking requests.
Third, offer choices. They can listen, comment, request to join or simply hang out. Permission removes pressure.
Fourth, protect the attempt. If a first-timer speaks, sings or plays, do not let chat turn their nerves into entertainment. Moderate quickly and bring the focus back to what they shared.
Fifth, invite a return. Mention the next room time and give them a reason to come back.
The Galaxy Room opens daily at 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern because consistency makes community easier. People know when the door opens. Newcomers can observe one session and participate in the next.
